On this episode of the Afterlife Chronicles Radio Show, I go solo and talk all about the RMS Queen Mary, a legendary ocean liner that's been moored in Long Beach, California since 1967.   Discussion topics of this episode, include:  1) the City of Long Beach's full operational control of the ship - the first time since 1978; 2) historical significance and 3) resident energies and paranormal encounters.   Being that this is a new series, there will be many more episodes with more discussion on historical events, resident energies and paranormal phenomena.

For those that know me, they are hugely aware of my love affair with the Queen Mary.  In the year 2000, I was first introduced to the ship in the back seat of my friend's car as we were heading to a 3-day cruise on Carnival. When my eyes first met the ship, I said to myself, "I will be back someday."  That day eventually came in 2005.  When I first embarked on the vessel - on A Deck to be exact, I felt an immediate soul connection to the ship.  I felt like I had been there before even though it was my first time.  Many people, including myself, have said that I may have a past-life connection to the Queen Mary.

Since 2005, I have been actively researching the ship's renowned history and paranormal phenomena.  It has somehow earned me a seat as one of the people most knowledgeable of her history, resident spirits and paranormal events.  History and the paranormal are best friends with a dear kinship; in regards to the "Mary," both of these intertwine beautifully.

I have had some incredible paranormal encounters in various areas of the liner.  I have been lucky to participate in numerous paranormal case studies aboard her decks.  Blending my love of history, writing and paranormal research, I wrote three books about the ship, which are all available aboard in her gift stores as well as via online retailers.  They are, Haunted Queen of the Seas: The Living Legend of the RMS Queen Mary, Spirited Queen Mary: Her Haunted Legend and RMS Queen Mary: Voices from Her Voyages.

I have presented about the Queen Mary at paranormal conferences, business events and libraries.  Additionally, it has been an honor to discuss the iconic ocean liner on radio shows and television programs.

Long Live the Queen!
